The body mesh looks very skinny and I'm new to using Blender, does anyone know how I can fix it?

@Hatake39 It's a shapekey. Model creators use it to avoid the body clipping with the clothes. If you click on the mesh and head to the shapekey section, you'll find a bunch of shapekeys with "FIT" at the end. Playing around with those should solve your issue.
