I cannot create a video but I shall explain.-
Install Modular avatar. https://modular-avatar.nadena.dev
-
Find your project in the Creator Companion.
-
Select Manage Project on the right.
-
Add modular avatar to your project.
-
Open your project.
-
In your file explorer export the ZIP file into a folder.
-
Double click the Unity package.
-
Click Import within Unity.
-
Locate the prefab under Assets - Effects - reflect_lens. It's called reflect_lens.
-
Drag the prefab into the Hierarchy on the left.
-
Drag it into your avatar.
-
It'll be automatically be set up into your VRC menu.
-
Click the dropdown menu of reflect_lens.
-
Move the lends_set _L to be just inside of your eyes but in front of your eye texture.
-
To make it easier to see where you're moving it you can select lends and change the material to atari.
-
To do some fine tuning select the different bones under bone and move it to fit into your eye socket.
Once you're done put the original material back on and upload.
I hope this can be of some help.
