I know it's not exactly the same model, but I found a pretty good replica. If someone knows how to, they could edit it to make it look more like the image.

Also, I remember seeing a gif of the model, it looked a lot like Dotolie's avatar but using the R0-B4BE model instead without the hair, but I cannot find the gif.
