sorry for mentions.@aassdd121 But I don't understand where I have to put that file for this to work. Is it in the App Data folder where the cache of everything downloaded from Avatar and Worlds is stored, or something like that?

u can use this script to open vrcw
https://forum.ripper.store/post/2058831or place vrcw file in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\Worlds and use VRC Quick Launcher
or Hot swap and upload to ur account

not entirely sure how it works but i would have to say its like how you test build a world so no one should be able to join you.
you can load your avatars but you cant join other worlds untill you relaunch vrchat properly -
