Hey guys @yeehaw999 @pumpkinneko @akamexesdeath! To fix the size/compression issue you need D4rk's Avatar Optimizer (use this link to add it to VCC https://github.com/d4rkc0d3r/d4rkAvatarOptimizer) AND an avatar compressor (copy and paste this link in your browser vcc://vpm/addRepo?url=https://vpm.limitex.dev/index.json)!
My VCC looks like this
Once in unity add D4rk's using "add component" and change nothing, then add the compressor and select high quality!
This worked for me just fine, avi looks great in game with little/no low quality textures :))

@whxre. i have the things added yet its still over 10mb and is stuck at 12, even after deleting 3 objects
@ilanaxl With the texture optimiser did you put it on high, balanced, what setting? This avatar is VERY unoptimised and unneccessary stuff to the max. I was able to upload her normally, but I wanted my own edits so I removed a lot of her piercings and other stuff to add my own. The biggest culprit to upload issues is textures, if somehow you uploaded her without ANY tweaks or additions then I'd say sacrifice meshes with many textures in them like hair or anything that is fabric and metal, but she should upload normally if you used all the prereqs.

Pardon my Rudeness, but is there by luck a chance that someone still have files for Sacha ( 1.1) ? i look through all link here and i think they don't work anymore, or im blind...it can be this to... Well Any Sir or Ma'am that would send Pc/quest of Sacha would have my thanks. ( i know its not much but... i can't have much to offer)
