As it stands rn, the only honestly NSFW MD avis was KM's Cynessa ported to VRC. (But that's very awkward to even look at.)
Ipuu's models of J and V can go naked and have sensible size sliders, but no nipples, vag, or peen. If that's fine with you, good on ya.
Plenty of Blender files, tho. Not much in avis.@mindlessgonzo There's some other NSFW drone models out there as well, but I can't for the life of me find any unity files for 'em.
