It says in the manual we need something called "Chibi_DressUpTool.Zip" if we wana add different clothing, does anyone have it?

It's so funny to me how this is anyhow popular. This doesn't have any 3D models or anything, it has 16 almost identical to base Chocolat face animations, a viewpoint location & avatar root scale being 0.7 instead of 0.85
@Echidna im confused, does it not have loli /chibi chocolat?
