@Didn-tDoIt Try this https://workupload.com/file/QGkySLrH9cz
With the scaling fixed, you could just overwrite the original mesh Novabeast.fbx and everything should be ready to go (maybe make a backup before)
Just a note, that fbx needs a 7th material on the body, compared to the original novabeast. You have to add the same material you use on the 1st@Anon043 ah snap! thank you for the heads up! i didnt realize i janked the scaling. i appreciate you fixing it.

you're welcome. let me know if you guys spot some obvious issues. i'll try to fix em for you

@WompiusRe oh shoot lol, you can also do it in unity. just click the nipples till you get the orange outline on them, in the inspector tab, you should see a drop down menu called blendshapes. can scale it on there

So, I did exactly as instructed using this thread.. and I ran into some sort of problem. I've gotten the overwrite to work properly, meta intact. Things look good.. but when hitting play, using gesture manager, or anything like that- The avatar crumples into a ball. Happens every time I try to adjust the FBX in general, and I cannot for the life of me figure this out.

wrote on 5 Mar 2024, 01:56 last edited by@NothingIsAnyway i fixed this by going into the rig on unity and setting it to generic then back to humanoid and tho if you do this you have to go into the rig and set the chest back into its slot

wrote on 5 Mar 2024, 02:06 last edited by@aria768 Holy shit, that worked! You are a lifesaver. The only problem I have now is the fact that the breast blendshapes don't work at all, they just sink in the chest, and move the nips around.

I think i see why the breast blendshapes don't work. Instead of merging the nipples to the bone of the breast, the nipples are instead taking the place of the breast blendshapes.

wrote on 5 Mar 2024, 02:13 last edited by@NothingIsAnyway right i did notice that the nips flat blendshape if you bind it to the breats one for animation purposes flattens the nips as the chests gets larger

That's the struggle I'm dealing with, yeah. It seems that when these assets were made, they were tailored specifically for a flat chested body, and the actual breast mesh no longer exists on the avatar for it to be made. I'll take a look at the animation clips to see what I can't find.

Fr, it is awesome nonetheless (I also noticed that there are some holes on the side of the body but like- I'm not naked enough to actually care.)

Looking into blender, it seems that the breasts work properly, but upon exporting to Unity, it breaks entirely, and the shapekey adjustment doesn't change.

I figured it out, and you're not gonna believe this. It seems me and you totally skipped over one crucial step. There's an additional material slot required on the Novabeast body. That's it. Just set it to whatever your base body material is, and you're good to go. I can't believe I didn't understand that from the above thread.

@NothingIsAnyway holes on the side? could you take a pic real quick and i can definitely see if i can fix that? I had to recreate the breast mesh with the help of a second nova import so i may have missed a spot. sorry about that
