Not trying to be rude, but if it uses dynamic bones, can't you just convert them with the sdk?

If it's only the phys bones that you want changed, you can just manually change to dynamic bones to phys bones to get the results you find good! I did this a few times now and it's surprisingly easy and fun sometimes to play around with the numbers. Here is a tutorial that was really helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTTnWUkswkU
