I've been looking for this model, but I don't know if this edit is publicly available or who the original editor even is.
The base of this model seems to be Maruchi by Marivr:

Thank you, that's definitely the base. I checked the model and it appears to have all the outfits. The base texture matches and It has a hue changer, so that's the body solved. Only the horns, tail, and eyes seem to be different. -
I posted this in the hair search forum, but add this RGB mohawk to the assets needed. It's from a short twitter video that the model appears in.The mohawk asset was found to be this:
