This is not so hard to quest convert it with a tool.
Try find a Vrcquesttools. That will help you a lot.

@Antipathy I think the VRC port version did include a quest version, plus theres definitely plenty of threads on here
(using quest tools on the standard PC version would mess up the eye, nose & mouth textures, causing loss of transparency and such.)
