@Cosmo3xclipz to turn on the effects, check this feature in unity, perhaps you are not turning it on yet because there are many settings.
@AvtorNtet when I go in vrc itself it seem it makes a person screen go black despite not being toggled on, in Unity it self every single possible toggle is enabled but the smoother toggle in VRChat seem to be stuck and can't be turn off despite not ever been toggled on

@Cosmo3xclipz did you change something in your avatar before uploading?

I have a bigger question about avatar's performance, because even on a PC, after removing some functions, fps is less than 30
@AvtorNtet I didn't all I did was add the toggled then upload but ya same here it seems very un optimised

@AvtorNtet Better late than never.
If all of the features are active, you will lose frames no matter how strong your PC is. Even top of the line PCs suffer a frame drop.
The avatar is very heavy, but you can modify what's on it to lower the burden.
