Found this cute little avi from an X Post, you can grab it on Jinxxy for free from here
For anyone who would like it, i have edited the base to have female nsfw features, all toggleable for stealth, nips-belly nips-vagina-anus. its all setup with basic sps. its not a perfect nsfw female edit as the avatar mesh is not perfect for breast nipples but i did as good as i could ^^ still getting use to blender edits. for anus you will have to add a texture for that in the SPP file.
Things you will need to add to the VCC project
VRCFury
PoiyomiPro or could use Toon, will have to check on nsfw material if it still looks good.
Optional- PCS (delete from avi if not wanted)Link to unityproject.

Female parts are now orange to match. can be changed easily with hue shift.Preview of Female Nsfw mod
UPDATE- To Version 1.3a.
Added both a fully built Unitypackage and the FBX so you can swap into your project and overwrite the main FBX, i always recommend a new project to save your avatar as things can go wrong but didn't when i tested it!
Changes- Reworked Vagina and anus + Toggles to hide everything for safety
Added Anus Decal for both Exipie & milky which swaps with the toggle.
Nips anus and vagina can all be toggled in the nsfw menu added to main menu.
Nips, pussy and Anus follow the color or Expie or Milky so Orange and blue.
You can add your own texture and should work but if any issues let me know here!Upvotes always appreciated! <3

@hakusnow is their plans to make the anus actually seeable? all i notice is the sps socket but no colors or anything

@AceTheSniper I have not made a texture edit for it yet, but if you are customizing the avi you can add a splash of color. i plan on making a decal for it for easy adding, just got busy with another avatar atm.

@AceTheSniper Made a quick decal for it until i can update the unitypackage
its a decal so all you gotta do is add it to decal slot, make sure material is on cutout and for color you can use hue shift options.

if you want a suggestion id say use the fara nsfw bits for the model instead of whatever your using since the nsfw bits have cum additions and other stuff that would be nice
