@ThumpersHump her glasses don't have clear lenses and it has a dark shade over her face where I can't see the eyes...I don't know what's wrong. sorry for the late responds

@Smolvrc You need to use the Liltoon shader, then select the face and change its type to 'Transparent'. Right now it is probably set to 'Opaque' which will make the shadows over the eyes as you see.
