I know the exact world talked about earlier and it's actually been reuploaded with a bit of added security!

To get to the NSFW version look for one of the tanks in the second room that's got a light on, should be the second on the right. There's an invisible button that will create a portal. Still not sure if this is exactly what you were looking for but since there were some questions about it I figured I'd post what I know!@cutiemon is there a quest versions of this world?
