I dont know what you mean by "Ripped" unless you're asking for someone to Rip the creators avatar, in which I'll say, just make your own avatar at that point.
Learning how to rip fully and reupload isnt just a simple feat, you have to learn alot of things like fixing materials and shaders, fixing animations and toggles, and fixing problems that appear and fixing scripts if the avatar is using scripts. You have to learn ALOT of stuff that is practically also needed to learn to make avatars normally yourself.
