Doing VRCA to UNITY fixes!

@okayuhhhnoway someone correct me if im wrong, but the only 2 rule is mainly to prevent people from sending like 30 avatars at a time and prevents milk from getting over whelmed with requests as well as giving other people not too long of wait times to get their vrca's fixed, i'd prob say 2 a day would be where you wanna be for requests
@FallenShadow understandable, especially when it comes to vrca converting into unity packages theres thousands of us requesting and only one of him converting ^^
(i mean his friend is giving a hand for converting in a different post also but still!)
