You should have access to all of the outfits from V2 to V4 in the "Files" folder with their corresponding resolution 2K or 4K, depending on which one you're using!

To give an update on the current status of this customizable model. They announced last month that their focus had shifted to a new project and waiting till they reach a stable stage in that development. But until further notice, there's no current roadmap for any upcoming updates.
