My antivirus refuse to let me download this and kept detecting a virus. Am I the only one ?

I took a look inside, but when I viewed the RAR file directly, it only contained a SIO file; it seems the other contents only appear when the file is extracted using 7-Zip or a similar program.
@arumesu Yeah, you're supposed to extract the files.
