@Alexandria_luvv Not outside of the Unity package, no. However, you can extract whichever FBX you desire from Unity once you've imported the project.
Since you're wanting to extract this outfit specifically, the order you should take after importing everything is:
'Assets < NAKAYOSHI < Venus < "Character name here" (like Manuka or Shinano or whoever) < _fbx < Right click the fbx called (Name)_Venus.fbx or (Name)_Venus_Cloth.fbx < select "show in explorer" < locate the fbx file (should already be highlighted) < Copy the fbx and paste it somewhere like your desktop or a preferred folder < Finally, open Blender and import it.'
Sorry for the long-winded explanation, but I hope this helps you out.
