actually, it might be a quest issue, depending on what you're doing. there's a mesh on the avatar that makes the eyes glossy, you can just delete that or make it transparent for quest. that's what i did. if that doesnt work, you can also go to the material and if it uses toon standard it might have emission on the eyes
