i dont know about miltina as i never worked on the model - but i recommend checking blendshapes to see if you can hide her base model nails. The simple gel nails asset is just made by the creator to fit the base perfectly without them, so it's possible that they're overlapping the normal model. And the same case as before, if she doesn't have a blendshape for that i recommend using either blender to delete them fully or moving the asset a bit higher to cover them, just then gotta keep in mind that you have now 2 pairs of nails so you gotta check if they're not sticking out in any weird direction.
