Welp, ended up finding it myself. This is a modified version of 非実在系ブランド ＃distributRachel 製メガネ [-pito-], which can be found here:
(NOTE: Link was found by a now deleted user. If something goes wrong let me know and I'll try to reupload it myself)

@Sorarips it has 2 files, whats the difference between them?
@bassboostedbit The one marked with "v1.9" is the actual unitypackage. The one marked with "UV_PSD" is the UV map, I presume in case you want to edit something with it yourself.
