idk much aboutt that one but OSCGoesBurr is free and paired with Intiface also free works amazingly with vrchat i used it alot in vrc so honestly pretty amazing. https://osc.toys/getting-started/

Would not recommend! It's way too complicated of a setup and isn't reliable.
Would definitely agree to recommend OSCGoesBurr or other options like VibeCheck or VRbrations
