@Jaio_9871 redo the avatar it happened to mine which was the canine remake and i redid it and it fixed itself nothing much info i have on what causes this but yeh.
@Mirmulnir could you send your unity project if you still have it for those who dont know how to do that please or maybe anything close to a tutorial of what you mean by fixing it from the ground up

@meowser oh no that one on vrmodels doesnt have the weird arms, i uploaded it onto my acc and it didnt have it

i took these screenshots to see if they help explain@meowser yep those! just click "is active" then the three dots and delete it. the constraints are making the arms just slowly turn over time
