It's a drag and drop!
For quest just change the 2 materials to Mobile/Particles/Additive
And set the icon images to 32 instead of 2048.
I'd reccomend also making sure that the head and hand constraints are positioned properly as they don't always line up with your avatar. -

If you changed the settings from default then it might look bit abnormal but it should emit fine -
