@misterchampagne Hi there! Unfortunately, I'm not sure why that would be happening. I will say that for my first import, it didn't load everything properly and I couldn't upload the avatar. But after creating a new Creator Companion project and importing everything again (nothing new added), everything seemed to be fine. I know this may not be the answer you were looking for, but hopefully it's a simple fix such as this :')
