You can use a different form of ID. Like say you used your drivers license for one account you can use your passport for the other account and it will work!

Welcome. Click the categories menu (hamburger menu symbol on the top left of the website) and look for characters. If you want to make a request you'll have to create your own topic.
Avoid asking for other characters in unrelated topics as that will probably make people upset.

Sure. The space for you to write the tags should be right below the topic text box when you're writing it.
Just give related tags to your post and you'll be good to go.
