As far as I know the only other mention of this on ripperstore too but downloading that results in the packages becoming zip files instead of usable unity packages and I have no idea how to fix them.

This has been solved for awhile, No idea how to change it. get the file from this link and use 7.zip to fix the package.

I've heard things about 7zip being unsafe so here's another method, download the file https://forum.ripper.store/topic/68440/lf-novabeast-pooltoy-kit-by-sluzala-clumsyproto-found, extract it so you can access the .gz zipped unity package, then run that file still zipped through cloudconvert https://cloudconvert.com/gz-to-zip.
