LF: Recreation of an avatar?

Bit of an unusual request today- I really would like to know what avatar this is and I would love to try to recreate it.
I know the body is 100% Kumaly, but I'd like to know what head, makeup, ears/hair and even the eyes are if anyone really knows. Hell maybe even what blend shape combo they used.
It is a super cute avatar, and I'd like to try and recreate it for my own enjoyment. If anyone can help out I'd be super duper thankful.

@Hardware98 The ears are mayo, just using the blendshapes that come with them to make em droopy.
