@Hinge it isnt messed up, it was exported improperly you need to switch the action...forgot what it is called i dont make avis often.
@Monomumoo yeah i tried fixing it myself, I have a decent bit of avatar knowledge and it was still kinda messed up, it even bricked one of my friends projects lol, so I really think its broken because of the improper export

To fix the avatar simply go to the Anim folder and grab the FX in there and put it in the correct section (FX layer in the vrc descriptor) and in the animation tab. Then in that same folder replace the menu and parameters with the ones in the folder and everything will work. (At least that's what I did and everything is fine). Really simple..and if all else fails just remake the toggles with vrcfury toggle maker (very easy btw<3). As for shaders it uses poi pro but you can just change them to regular poi and it looks good
