If you ever need an updated version of the raindrop shader, Mochie actually has a raindrop shader built in. Mochie's free version available on GitHub. Just set the option to Mochie>Glass and then click the "Rain" option and theres two. Raindrop and Ripple. Makes it much easier and customizable.

Just incase anyone needs the link. Again, when you add it to your unity just got into Mochie>Glass and then inside the settings for glass there is "Raindrop" and "Ripple". They both have their uses, and it updated for Unity 2022.
