The character is curvy and is wearing a bikini. "NSFW" means "not safe for work" and unsurprisingly, opening a picture like that in the middle of an office probably isn't going to raise anyone's opinion of your professionalism.As for age, being a minor does not automatically prevent someone from creating suggestive or sexualized content. While many people would view that as inappropriate or problematic, it is nevertheless something that does occur, regardless of whether others approve of it.
