If you have the normal software you need to run FT "VRCFaceTracking" in VRChat already. Make sure you have the "VRCFT - Jerry's Templates" package installed in the project. Past that I'm not sure what to say as mine is working fine and haven't modified anything from the download. Maybe the download is corrupted? Or try making a new from scratch project.
