need help to rip ava file that was lost because the commissioners pc blew up

so i hade a ava made for me but the file is lost so i think i need it riped but i dont know how to do it

Manually remove VRChat's Cache, start the game, switch to the avatar, find the last created file in the cache, open it using https://github.com/Perfare/AssetStudio/releases to get textures
and you can use https://github.com/FACS01-01/FACS_Utilities to recover the whole avatar, but I recommend just rebuilding it from scratch if possible
