While its no where near a full avatar, I did end up make this human body texture at one point for it. I'll drop it here just encase someone wants to use it for some project! (If you end up using it please just gimme an upvote ^^ )
It looks a little odd, but the new base color is all you need!

Hi update cause someone asked! I managed to find the SPP file I used for the skin in my previous post so here yall go! That way you can make changes just by adjusting some of the base colors. Note the layer called "Body crease redness" was also used to give the blood red undertone human skin normally has.
Password is "meat" if it goes down let me know here! Idk if it will work with the new update or not btw.

@bubblezz yeah, I still don't know how spp work?
@tommy.1234 You'd need to open it with substance painter. i Just uploaded so everyone has access. but the base skin tone is a single material, tbh I learned substance by clicking around but the project is really simple. so should be easy to adjust ^^
