@white-cosmos You could try using the MA Shape Changer component on the boots and set the body's Toe, foot, ankle shrink states to Delete
Something like this:
Or try a MA Mesh Cutter and Vertex Filter setup on the boots
Something like this:
At least if setting up toggles via MA it should end up toggling the body underneath back on when toggling the B_boots object off
