          @fuckyourmama try to play vrchat in offline mode with the world cache, i forgot how to do it, but i seen someone manage to do it with mmd world before

          I'm bad at understanding english word

          I fix .vrca/.vrcw stuff for free and for fun! Depending on file, every outcome and vary might be different than the original avatar has due to the toggles and much more, send me a pm if you need an avi that need to fix or cracking a password locked avatar or send me .vrca file or through my pms and i will extract/fix them for you!

          request is CLOSED, only on unencrypted __data file aka .vrca or .vrcw

                  Hey everyone! I found a way to load directly into a cached world file!

                  How to do it:

                  1. Rename your cached world file by adding the .vrcw extension.
                    Example:
                    VR621 20-5-2025 → VR621 20-5-2025.vrcw
                  2. Create a new text file called launch.bat in the same folder as the .vrcw file and paste the following code into it:
                  @echo off
                  set GameDir="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VRChat\"
                  set GameExe="C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VRChat\VRChat.exe"

                  :: Generate random room ID
                  set /a "randomid_a=10000+%random%"
                  set /a "randomid_b=10000+%random%"
                  set "randomid=%randomid_a%%randomid_b%"

                  :: Find the .vrcw file
                  dir /s /b *.vrcw > temp.txt
                  set /p path=<temp.txt
                  del temp.txt

                  start "" /D %GameDir% %GameExe% "--url=create?roomId=%randomid%&hidden=true&name=BuildAndRun&url=file:///%path%" --watch-worlds --watch-avatars

                  1. Double-click launch.bat to run it.

                  Notes:

                  • This launches VRChat with your local world file as a private instance.
                  • The path to VRChat is set for the default Steam installation. If you installed it somewhere else, edit the GameDir and GameExe lines accordingly.
                  • If you get a Windows SmartScreen warning, it's normal for .bat files. You can check the code yourself if you're worried about viruses (it's pretty straightforward).

                  As for the files I've uploaded, we're renaming the extension from .zip to .txt to dodge censorship. To open it as a zip, just change the filename back from .txt to .zip and extract it.

                          Thanks a lot for the script!
                          The old "VR621.vrcw" world works perfectly with it ❤
                          (If anyone has the file from the new version, I'd be mega grateful).

                          Though I had to tweak it a bit because for me a black CMD window pop up and absolutely nothing happened. I threw it into ChatGPT, and it spat out a fix that now launches VRChat with the world properly for me.

                          So if the one above doesn't work for someone, they can try this one (just remember to change the file path to your own, and "Searching for .vrcw file..." might take a while).

                          @echo off

                              @marui0101

                              @echo off

                              @Lunetefu A .vrcw file for a NSFW MMD world that got taken down (Just H Dance) can be found here. Ran it with the .bat and it worked flawlessly.
