Emoji Animator

I wanted to create an animated emoji for someone, but when I searched online, the solutions were either impractical or took too long, so I thought, "I'll do it myself," and built this app.
It's basic, but it doesn't require internet access (I don't know why that's noteworthy, lol). I also added a filter system called "watermark" to prevent VRChat from blocking the emoji for security reasons.
There will be presets you can use if you don't know how to use the watermark system.
