Ok you should really record yourself doing a conversion one of these times, even if there's no commentary, to show how you get such high quality converts.
Do you use just basic matcaps or do you have an alternate repo/suite to choose from? I tried converting her earlier and I wasn't able to get even close to the colors you have on her.

@Thalia yeah so basically I use toon standard shader for legit everything, and the transparent bodysuit is the multiply thingy. I use the emission map for the hair emission and other emission maps for the mask on the top of her head, and her eyes for the body I use a skin matcap and I also used ambient Occlusion. Just honestly steal from the pc textures thatโs where I use all the matcaps like 99% of it is just rim lighting, matcaps, and the specular thingy to make it shine

@Cupid_Bow I GOTTA be doing something wrong then, because I did the same, converted her to toon standard. But her skin ended up mottled, head didn't match body, most of the outfit was full black, and I even tried the multiply thing for the bodysuit but it didn't change.
Do you reduce the max texture size before converting with Quest Tools? Or convert first then worry about reducing avi size after the editing is done? (also is there a way to see the avi size before uploading? So tired of working on an avi only to find out at the end it's like 20+ mb)

@cupid_bow what programs do u use for opti? or do u do it all by hand? my stuff is almost always too big and i feel rlly bad bothering u

@gojosatoruisgay I use all the optimizers from vrcfury, blendshape optimizer and direct tree. Then I use d4rkoptimizers, and I power textures thatโs it

@XXXHIBITIONIST sorry but I already deleted her out the project, you can use the tutorial I provided, you get winrar, download the rar file, once you do that you right click it all the way at the bottom it says winrar, extract it and once you do you go to your vcc and add a existing project land the project should pop up
