First screenshot looks like it's the scene file for the Foxipaws Kiri facetracking mod. Not the right thing at all. Use the Link in the post above

Second screenshot. Not sure what you're showing apart from one of the packages you just installed is missing other files you need. You have packages installed in this project that are not needed.

Third screenshot is one of Hai's tools that isn't used in this project. The one you want is called "Prefabulous for VRChat"

@DcCaus Those errors are from Hai - Denormalized Avator Exporter. Remove that from your project
