FIXING VRCA'S & VRCW'S [OPEN]

Btw if you dont mind me asking, but how do I upload the fixed files?
I only know how to use unitypackage files that are set up to be upload ready as im still kind if new to unity

First unzip your folder
Once unzipped, open your files and your unity project so you can drag and drop that folder into your project.
After it loads you should see this, it will be assets and packages. Click on assets and you should see a prefab you can drag and drop into the scene.
Heads up, your avatar might be pink so just fix the materials using whatever you use for VRChat avatars.

ok so, what do i do if it doesn't let me upload the prefab?
last time i tried using a prefab thing like this it wouldn't let me upload it

unity is still opening rn, but last time it didnt give me errors, it simply wouldn't show the prefb as a selectable avatar for uploading or play testing

it worked, though after i updated it a couple times and uploaded a couple new versions of it, the ears I added aren't working properly and im having trouble fixing them.
I got 2 last things im gonna try before I'm out of ideas.
I added some flareon ears and a flareon tail in place of the eevee ones, and currently the ears are not cooperating and keep stretching off to the side in game, or just not having physics on parts of them with a physbone.
I tried setting it up the way I did when I first added them and they worked fine, but now it just does the same thing im trying to get it to stop doing(the stretching and having the roots not be in the right spots. The most recent thing I tried was deleting the ears/tail (theyre one asset) and reimporting it and setting it back up again, and that made it a little better, but they still stretch a bit when I turn. Also when I set it up so the ears move with the facial expressions like the original ears did, they look alright for most of them, but the 2 where the ears go backwards or downwards don't look right, and instead the ears go horizontal and meet in the middle of the top of the head, or just go horizontal and point backwards while connecting in the middle. Normally they dont connect in the middle.
Can you help me fix it?
I can send the file for it later when I'm back at my pc (out of the house rn)
