Do the pictures look like clothes or accessories?
If so, they're clothes for a character on VROID studio.

UPDATE: If you saw the description. Those 3d models are in a card, and it requires a software called "Koikatsu" to import it. I think there's no way to convert those "models" to fbx or what ever.
