@Sigmus quick question? have you used the avatar before it got security check failed (downloaded the avatar and used it before security fail bot) if yes and you've not cleared your content cache you can still get it, please copy the entirety of what's in your C:\Users\your account\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\Cache-WindowsPlayer and uploaded it somewhere and I'll download the entire thing and find it in there and recover it.

@Sigmus Update: I have recovered the avatar however despite it being at a 390mb of decompression rate which falls into vrchat's new rules (under 500mb) the avatar will still result in a error bot (so it's potentially been blacklisted or just no longer supported) however if any soul is feeling brave and want to try and solo fix the avatar themselves back into a working one be my guest

I fix .vrca/.vrcw stuff for free and for fun! Depending on file, every outcome and vary might be different than the original avatar has due to the toggles and much more, send me a pm if you need an avi that need to fix or cracking a password locked avatar or send me .vrca file or through my pms and i will extract/fix them for you!
