Looking at the rigging in blender and yeah it's definitely a bit messed up on the weight painting. Also there's no shapekeys with the link I provided so that'll need to be fixed too

Thinking of editing the FBX file (at 3AM no less) to fix weight painting and adding shape keys, though I'd need a mic model (or I guess I could model it myself?). Also, the model has no waist, Idk if I should add it back? If anyone has ideas please lmk

@cursed.unwell Doin' god's work dude. Expressions wise, I'd add more expression to the eyes with stuff like bed-eyes, happy eyes, and closed eyes. I'd also add a closed mouth version of the smile and frown.

I'm really only doing the blender work. But I think both PC and Quest should be fine regarding the mesh and textures, and if anyone's willing to set it up and send it here I'll post the files I fixed ASAP
