@CharCharHex same here, no window opening.
EDIT: it shows up on the top bar where you find vrchat sdk, window etc. click on the uHaruka there, then breastphysics and the setup window will pop up : )

D&D Means Drag and Drop
Drag the avatar and breasts to their Coresponding spots in the setup tool
@Fujy-Crabs can you reupload the picture?
the picture is broken, i not sure what the tutorial says.
I'm having issue with Physics plus tool as well.
