And when creating the project add nothing but the SDK stuff, VRChat Package Resolver Tool (if not added by default) and gesture manager, then open the project. After the project opens add the dependency unity package.

@Hepyn Hey dude, sorry to bother, but I redid the project 5 times, tried using yours, nothing. It keeps saying my params are using like 1k something bits. I used the tool, so idk what to do...Not even the dancer version works, I'm at a loss here.
