@Glitched_Phobia have you compressed the textures? main issue usually is the textures being to high quality so compressing them tends to do the job!
-
Thanks for sharing, bro. But I noticed that some textures seem to be missing. In Blender, even after I import the TEX files, Marie still appears with the purple “missing material” texture
@telunsi you gotta manually apply the textures i have linked inside the drive called "tex"

@MAIKASQWD ohh alright so to compress textures you simply go to where the textures are located! you can find them easily by opening the scene clicking on a material in scene and clicking the texture in said material after you do so you press on the texture in your assets then on the bottom right will be a panel for the textures settings n stuff after so look down and click on "Max Size" put it to around 1024 for all textures and "compression" to normal quality

getting back to this ive tried and its helped a little its now at 11 mb instead but just a little over
@MAIKASQWD You can also use components that are built into VRCFury and NDMF (Non-Destructive Modular Framework). The main ones are Blendshape Optimizer and Icon Resizer. Blendshape Optimizer is pretty self-explanatory, it just optimizes the blendshapes that are all on your avatar and can save megabytes worth of space if there's a lot of blendshapes. Icon resizer is also pretty self-explanatory, all it does is resize the icons that are in the expressions wheel menu to save space, this is especially useful if gogoloco is on the avi as gogo has a lot of icons that it uses. I would recommend setting the icon resizer for andriod at the max compression and the lowest quality, as if you know what the icons are there's no need for them to be at 4k and cause a lot of vram usage. If those don't bring it down, I would say mess with the textures more with the quality until you have it in that threshold

If that all is too confusing, I can always just upload my unity file for it here of the quest version that I already have, that is if the OP wants to put their quest version here instead, which is totally understandable

Unity package plz
