Easy solution just review bomb avatars that use the system, it's deserved anyway. The creator refuses to answer basic questions on the system and the only link they have to their discord server seems to be expired. Gonso states that the only thing it checks and gives to the creator (nobody else) is the VRChat account username and their Discord ID (This is sketchy at best and violates user privacy)
You do however have the right to have that information removed you need to ask the creator first but good luck with that they will just ignore you.
If what you said is true how did they know to server ban you if that's the only information they collect? You didn't even upload anything. Unless you blatantly use the same name for Discord and ripperstore and they just cross referenced it, They are likely lying about how the system works. If that is the case it could literally be challanged in court.
@Static_Gem To answer your question on how they know, my name is Regrets on most things. Imregrets being my discord name and Regrets everywhere else. Also, I can no longer get into contact with the creator, after making that post warning others who's considering buying the model. Obviously they seen it and decided to shoot me a dm repeating themselves about the ban and then blocking me afterwards so I guess my info is just in the system unless they delete it themselves. Also idk if its true or not but I seen posts stating gonso can also grab IP's and when someone tried to ask gonso himself about it, they were ignored and blocked then blacklisted as well.

Now if I log into vrchat and can no longer access the model I paid for then I'll consider it a scam because firstly the ban from the model files itself wasn't because i broke TOS but because of my past with downloading models from ripper store and looking for files. I didn't upload the model publicly, share the model files, post the model files nor did I upload it to anyone else's account but mines. which is following all of the rules set for the model i purchased. none of the TOS states anything about what i've done prior to purchasing the model that'll get me revoked from files i actually paid for. and thats why I refuse to waste money on these models now. because shit like this

but im just wondering if theres even a work around all of this? id like the avi, it is pretty, idk whats up ,3,@Melodidi There's another thread on here about the system just do some digging I don't care enough to attempt to remove it, at the end of the day their would be money stays in my pockets because I refuse to give any creator who uses this sketchy system my money.

So anyone who owns her, can you tell me if she has blendshapes to make her muzzle less long? I wanted her but I def hate gonso and I usually just try before I buy.
