@expiredgf you can slap them on overtop the texture in really any drawing/editing software. if you dont want to do that tho you can just use the decal setting in poiyomi to add it, as well as the decal setting on the quest standard toon shader as well. another cheat is to use liltoon and add the tattoos as a secondary main color / alpha and then just generate it into a solid singular texture (this cuts out having to get any drawing/editing software and keeps it all in unity).

@expiredgf If you ever need help besides the tips from the post above me, its super easy using the decals in poi. once u do it once youll do it in seconds afterwards
- Click your body in heirarchy and scroll to the body material or find it in a folder labeled body mats.
- You'll drag the normal for the texture under details normals to the detail normal slot.
- next you'll go slightly down to the decals section and drag your transparent to the box that says decal.
- most tattoos will require you to select multiply in the drop down menu
if tattoo has emissions and matcaps its basically the same you just scroll down and drag drop them to their places listed. need help with it don't hesitate to ask.
Be sure not to overside an existing decal, use an unused one or replace the existing tattoo with the desired one.
